I'm afraid some other program will poach him after this season (despite him stating he is not seeking a job elsewhere like every coach has said right before departing) like Georgia did to Kirby and Chokelahoma did to Venables, and I doubt we could find a DC as great as Coach K!! Eventually it will happen or he'll retire, so we need to prepare how to sustain our elite defensive schemes!

PK is a great coach but the addition of Nansen helped this defense attain an elite level this season. If PK does take a head coaching job after this season would Nansen slide up to DC.? On the other side of the ball, if Flood leaves who would replace him as OC?

Pretty sure Sark will continue as HC/OC. And yes, I know you meant o-line coach, just had to tease ya a bit. I don't think PK wants the headache that come with being a HC. Especially considering what coordinators make these days. PK is the real deal.

Texas potentially has the path to beat all four conference champions to be the National champion. Texas beat Clemson, the ACC champion. If they beat ASU, they will have beaten the the Big XII champion. If they win and play Oregon and beat them, they will have beaten the Big Ten champion. If they end up in the final and play Georgia and beat them, they will have beaten the SEC champion.
