Baelfire lives in more than his son. He lives in the memory of ALL in Storybrooke. Rumple was truly moved because Neal was the person that motivated Rumple to set EVERYTHING in motion for.

I guess I am literally the only onle who hasn’t “forgiven” neal for letting Emma go to jail for his crime... I know he did it so she could break the curse and be reunited with her family later but that kind of betrayal from the only person she had ever loved hurts more than anyone can imagine and I don’t know how someone who claims to love her would put her through that pain, you’d try to find another way even if deep down you knew you were just in denial
