Serve them with origini rice balls. You could wrap them in something other than seaweed such as lettuce or just place on a small piece of green pepper. They can be about the same size as the meatballs, and would offer a cooler treat for the "low-heat" crowd. These look really good, too!

ALDI 4 star mince is sold $17/kg, which is the one I regularly buy. Whereas Coles and Woolworths, which are two of the country's top duopoly supermarket giants, have their price set at $18/kg. These are all similar in fat/meat ratios. Thanks yet again Dave for this great recipe that I will definitely try. Stay well buddy.

Do you have an Aldi grocery store in your area? I don't know if all stores are stocked exactly with the same goods, but I bought organic, pasture-raised beef bricks for $3.99/lb USD when they were on sale. That's one heck of a bargain for organic AND grass-fed! Those meatballs will hit the spot. 13 is a baker's dozen; there's nothing wrong with that! Thanks for sharing, Dave! 😃
