Can you tell me how to open the sim tray? Manual says to stick key into hole, but doesn't say where that hole is. Anyone have the answer?

I bought this phone directly from Oukitel. The camera quality is sub par...the speaker when on the phone for some reason (speakerphone) sucks.the battery Does Not last as long as they claim. In 2 months the phone dropped out of my hands normal height and because of the weigh of the speaker the screen cracked. The customer service was absolutely terrible... don't waste your time with this company. They took months fighting going through obstacles to replace my phone then sent it to the wrong address leaving me with no phone and they stopped communicating, because hey they're in China and can do that.
