mmWhy did the screen break so easily on a phone that's supposed to be rugged or tough? I'm thinking of buying a rugged phone mainly to protect the screen, not necessarily for features like a big battery. I drop my phones a lot, and the screen always breaks. Any suggestions for phones with really strong screens? I'd appreciate it!

There are not strong screens. The best would be to buy a really strong case, where you put the phone inside and it will protect it in front and back. But the negative...it's big and you loose a bit of a signal. The pro, you can enjoy mostly any phone, becuase the cases are available for most of the models.

For the safety of the phone yes. If you buy a new screen with battery and frame, then you have a bit less work.

Hello. Of course you can ask. Hmmm...it could be that the back cover is making a short somewhere or maybe there is a loose connection and once you put the back cover on it, it goes short and the phone turns off. Check all connectors, cables really carefully or if there is some loos metal piece somewhere or something.
