Another great video Julian - enjoyed that one. Less falling over though, my heart was in my mouth for a moment!

Loved this. Thank you and bonus, think you mentioned you are going to be at The Running Show on a stand so will say hello if I see you. Glad you were ok after the slip up and well done on that pace. Faster than I could do! 👍🏼 keep up the great content. So interesting!

@@vanessahobbs7112 Thanks Vanessa - glad you enjoyed the video! I'm at the Running Show on the Sunday, helping on the Harrier stand (and will try to get there on the Saturday as a punter too). If you haven't got tickets, you can get a free one and find out about the great speakers on their stand here: harrierrunfree.co.uk/blogs/events/national-running-show

Well done, Julian 👍 The vital extra luggage on the old shoes seemed to work a treat up until the finish line 😅

@@markg99 Thanks Mark - I think it might have been the first timing mat that I slipped on - but it was funny! 🤣

Enjoyable watch , I was thinking as the saying goes “be bold start cold” that you might over heat . But not to much steam , congratulations on your time

@@alanwetherelt7155 Thanks Alan. I only had a long-sleeved base layer, a running club vest, and a waterproof that I zipped up or down as needed. And I was wearing shorts! And there was enough sleet to keep me cool!

I worked around Northampton a few years back and cycled through Oundle a few times. Very flat around them areas with a few bumps and lots of country roads. Great run and enjoyed the commentary and interesting facts about the landmarks 👍 well done 👏

@@whereweoffDAD Nice one - thank you! I cant run as fast as you, so need to do the commentary to pass the time! 🤣

@julianberry I think it makes a much more interesting watch in my opinion to hear commentary. I do commentary when I run with people who are going easier than my race pace. There's no way I could reel off facts and historical references in all out race. I can only think about the next step 🤣... but I enjoyed the watch as history is 2nd second favourite thing after running. I watch history vloggers and run vloggers and now I've found someone who covers both in one 😆🙌

How many people fell at the finish line I wonder?
@julianberry5 сағат бұрын
Ha ha! Good question, Shara! I'm sure I heard someone calling to one of the runners in front of me, 'Slide across the line!', so they definitely knew it was slippy!
