Strange thing is website says you can use A/C and solar ports at the same time while the instruction manual says you can't use the 7909 DC port and the Anderson port at the same time. I'm wondering if they mean you cant hook solar to both at the same time. Have you tried using both at the same time? Also did you try switching the frequency over to 50Hz?

How can I store the unit to be EMP proof? Faraday proof cage or a cover like the ones they have for your vehicle? And this unit comes with the solar panels or separately?

I don't focus much on EMP proofing, so I'm not really qualified to give solid advice on that. However, the question on solar panels... You can buy this power station in a package deal or the unit only. I recently released a video on some Calpha solar panels that I think would pair great with this power station. You said voltage in must be between 12-30V but specs you displayed have 12-25V. 12-50V would be better if you want to put panels in serial. What is the maximum amp input? Other brands this size usually have USB-C 100W PD ports.
