My guess is that they are more than just friends but he won't put it out onto the universe and has convinced her to not say anything on the internet because he doesn't want his kids finding out. His sons like 12 and most likely follows his dads accounts at least a little. I love Trish and she should have no shame but she does do a little pornography and has many videos explicitly explaining her sex life, as well as, preferences in sex toys. You can just tell in the videos that he is really happy around her and seems to have feelings for her so he most likely is doing that, or not committing to her, for the sake of his kids.
