Impressive and inspirational to see the entire Magic Team working out together, getting serious about health and fitness (ostensibly "helping" Big Dinner). Weight loss won't be the biggest benefit! Happy Birthday Dinner, as fellow husky guy I wanted to give you cudos for taking that first step, I had a 40 year Mt Dew, Coke, Dr Pepper addiction But I have not had a soda in 3 years and drink un sweetened tea and water I lost 70 lbs Plus walking and just eat less food, burn more calories than you take in You are only as good as your last day, stay focused and you will feel the difference trust me. The lbs lost is not as important as taking x's off your shirt size, I took 2 off mine. Good job everyone

Great start on getting in shape. Losing weight is never easy, I know from experience. Having Roby and the boss lady there is really going to help Dinner. I'm constantly struggling with weight. I was at 270 got down to 219 now at 235 struggling.

Cherry picker: pull the bolt the holds the chain/hook. Feed excess chain into the tube, and short-chain to the hook (fewer links between boom and hook). Drastically increases lift height. But you probably already knew this. Thumbs up!
