Because of ignorance, I am under the assumption that Demri is the one responsible with the task of compiling days of filming, into one 30 minute coherent package. Regardless of who's job this is, the editing is accomplished in a very attractive fashion. Kudos to the Layton film production peeps.👊🏼

It's strange to me as a northern person how these guys refuse to wear winter clothes even though some of our days are as cold as theirs. These guys manage to bring hoodies but Matt rocks a friggin t-shirt. In our culture it's considered a bit childish to not wear proper clothes for the weather.

Note... when Whiskers is rebuilt. Instal a LARGE winch on the front and back. Roof rack to contain block and tackle gear and a variety of additional support and recovery tools and such. Spare fuel cans... perhaps even a tow truck recovery hydraulic lift that drops down and picks up the vehicle being towed. So it doesn't just snow plow along behind the cat. All this experience and some creative fabrication and Whiskers will make a great recovery vehicle.... and you can get a bigger one and modify it for bigger jobs. You will own the mountain ! You guys are great. Entertainment media has needed some nice wholesome reality like your channel for so long, and the nice thing is that the one thing that seems to have been driving your ever increasing popularity, is you just being genuine and doing what you do best and filming it. I watch your channel, Fab Rats, Matt's Off Road Recovery, Merlin's old school garage, and Rudy's adventure and design religiously! Watching all you guys's videos has been the single most inspiring thing to learn new ways of creating that I've experienced in my entire life. at 53 years old I've finally learned to weld. I was inspired to learn from watching you guys, and every time I watch you guys building vehicles I learn more on how to build my own off-road rig, AND how to effectively off-road it! I spent 20 years in the U.S. Army with 6 deployments. Having experienced that I feel like I have a fairly decent understanding of quality of character in a person (at least from my perspective, whatever that's worth). You guys all set an amazing example to your fans on how to never give up, to think your way through obstacles, and accomplish what you set out to do, even when things get difficult. Thank you for the entertainment, but also the inspiration you give me with every one of your videos! Please never stop making them!

The moral of the story is that each and every vehicle has its limitations I suppose. Moreover, it also backs up what I said on a previous video about having a diesel parking heater in whiskers alongside emergency provisions. You never know what will happen in snow country and weather on a mountain can change very, very quickly. Robby has a lot of common sense, is smart and knows when to call in help and this is what saved you all this time.

Already watched your episode and just finished watching heavy Ds episode… what a mess!!! You definitely need a full size cat!!! But still keep whiskers and make it the crew transport/ supplies vehicle! Love the videos and positivity.

So I recommend checking out a machine we use here in Canada for our west coast ski mountains called a billy goat. Not as big and heavy as heavy D's snow cat but maybe more the size you are looking for. Also they have many attachments too
