I bent four rods in my 300zx from too much low end torque. High compression, e85, and stock turbos were a fun but destructive combination. That was the lesson that taught me to make torque later.

How is it possible for this to make almost 1000whp at 25 psi when the new s58,b58 would require around 35ish psi for same power? Is the Dyno reading different?

They showed engine hp calculated not wheel hp. Also the bigger turbo is the biggest factor because it's more efficient. And also if I remember correctly this is a stroked RB30 to 3.2L. something else that affects power output is the gearbox gearing and final drive ratio. I'm not sure what fuel they use but that is also important plus eventually meth/nos spray wich bring intake temps down.

@@AsmirSut We showed power at the hubs, same as we always have. We're NOT showing "calculated engine horsepower". We run in 1:1 so gearbox does NOT affect our power reading and it is accurate. We're on E85. No meth, nos, spray. Just boost. Our mph backs up the power.

That mid range boost, that we purposely pulled out. helps if you listen. Response is NOT boost level, its how quick it comes on after boost threshold.
