Jess please try this get some over the counter pain relief gel for teeth. If the tooth is on the bottom rub it on the top and bottom gums same if its on the top rub it on both the top and bottom gum. Because the nerves are interconnected. It helped me a lot when I found out.

Jesse, if you have toothache where you had your wisdom teeth, it's entirely possible that there is a piece of a a wisdom tooth left in there. It's not uncommon that if a wisdom tooth is infected enough, makes it harder to see if a small piece broke off and was left there. I would get an x-ray to be sure. If there is a piece of it, it definitely needs to be removed. Wishing you the best.

Jim! Wear eye protection when cutting wood please! Sweet Jess: Clove oil will numb tooth pain. Raw garlic clove on abscesses, put gauze over it to help it stay put. Gums will get mealy, but no permanent damage occurs and infections can be maintained until medical assistance can be had. Motion sensor camera that records to a drive that can be inserted into your laptop. ❤️👏

Just a tip, next time you use a hole saw, drill about halfway through then drill from the other side. Less tearout and its easier to get the part you just drilled out off the saw.

Nice job. I use Wyze cams around my place, and in my chicken coops and run. They're only about $45. each and will run continuously, will record video clips to the cloud for 14 days before overwriting with the yearly subscription (only about $20./yr), and if you have a card inside the unit, you can have access to all the footage. I use the ones that require outlets because the cordless ones require replacing batteries.

Jess, From driving through NM & AZ elevation changes and severe barometric pressure changes from all the wind last month, I experienced barodontalgia - put it in a search bar - it's a real condition, no to say you have it, but the pain end of it is what I needed the most help with without a dentist. When using a hole saw if you cut half way on one side and then go at it from the opposite side only 1/2 of the wood gets caught inside the saw. It makes for a much easier removal of the wood plug because there is something to grab onto instead of digging inside the saw. Jumping around from project to project can make it seem a lot less boring, it is not bad. keep up the good work!!!!

I just wanted to suggest that you consider using some nails in addition to the screws in that plate you are using to suspend the owl box. Most screws have poor shear strength. Nails generally have much higher shear strength. Screws are great for holding boards together but they can break under shear, while nails may bend but are less likely to break. P.S. I hope Jess feels better soon.

Jess - I looked through about 100 of the comments to make sure I wasn't re-plowing old ground, There's no mention of it so I'll say what is also possible. I have TriGeminal Neuralgia, Sounds just like what you're describing. Severe pain in the teeth, comes and goes with no pattern, and no efforts at relief work. You might want to see a Neurologist. They might be able to rule it out, but my experience is it took an MRI to diagnose it. There are a number of solutions and medications that help. I hope it's something else, but it sure sounds like it. Wishing you my best.

My sister lives in south central Kentucky and when she was in her 50s I think she had her wisdom teeth taken out and shortly after that got bad pain. She eventually went to a better hospital, Vanderbilt, in Nashville Tennessee and figured out the original doctor had broken her jaw in the original extraction of the wisdom teeth. She eventually had to be on a morphine drip for 3 months ( believe that’s what it was ) for it to heal up. I’d certainly consider going to a large city quality hospital to get properly diagnosed.

Where I grew up Wildlife was still on the property. Toads, frogs, friendly snakes, many songbirds. Rabbits, baby bunnies, ring-necked pheasants, groundhogs, sometimes deer visitors. Nearby snowy owls( could be identified absolutely beautiful large and magnificent). Did we get great horned owls? My mom was the serious bird identifier with all the books and field guides. Where I live now mourning doves and quails with deer and gophers? down low and moose and beaver up higher in the mountains. Some owls prefer to burrow in the ground. When my teeth were bothering me I started brushing and swishing the whole mouth frequently with coconut oil and cut all sugar out of the diet til it cleared up. Did some different teas too for the hot water to soothe the body some. Honey is supposed to be good at healing infections too if there is one deep in there. Normal toothpastes seemed to only make things worse and irritate it.

Some thing I saw was how a guy dug holes around his property just before the rains. So from what I saw water was left in holes after for a good amount time. He also put in some trees on rim of holes but at first he said grasses. These holes were pretty deep 5-6ft. Just thought it may interest you, since you’re out there and dream of a green Desert.❤❤ Free.❤❤

Same thing happened to me. Back to the dentist. Took another x-ray. Sure enough the tooth next to the wisdom was infected They took care of it. No more pain. YEA !

Have Jim check on you while you sleep to see if you are a night time teeth grinder. If you grind while sleeping it causes stress cracks as well as inflamed roots due to the jaw pressure. Wearing a sleep mouth guard for few months can break the pattern.
