This video struck close to me. I can vouch for its authenticity In one regard, the singular cited 1944 bombing of Darmstadt. I too as a child lost an entire family of cousins who lived there at that time. A collection of their letters, photos, and other memorabilia collect dust now at eighty years later.

We all have family that were killed in World War II. Though, his case is really sad to loose both of your parents and your sister, at the same time. Especially, when he did not have a wife at that point in time. Though, in his line of work during the war, he had the life expectancy of a house fly.

Interesting/informative/entertaining. Excellent photography picture 📷of a U-boat. The disillusioned leadership in Berlin along with Admiral doughnuts 🍩. Refused to comes to terms with the fact that Bletchley park broke the enigma code. & the U-Boat war was over.

I read Oblt. Werner's book in the 1970's. Amazon has it, I highly recommend it. It's a great read.
