It's actually true, the claim that exposure to red light strengthens the mitochondria is supported by the science of quantum biology and biophysics, check out the work of Jack Kruse (however sunlight exposure, especially during the morning and evening since then the sun emits the most infrared light, is much more effective than any machine)

Collagen is 🔥. I love it, it makes a huge difference with skin, hair and just overall body wellbeing. I don't make my own broth but I eat a ton of meat. I use the Vital Proteins Collagen ( the blue tub). Put it in coffee and it's flavorless. Keep us updated on your health journey!

I read in the book 'Nourishing Traditions' that if you add some apple cider vinegar while cooking your bone broth, this helps to draw out minerals and nutrients from the bones🙌

Valeria, just a tip for making bone broth. First you need to pour a bit of apple cider vinegar over the bones and bake them for 45 min on 400F in the oven. Then pour water into a large pot and simmer for over 24 hrs on the stove. If youre using a crockpot, one or two bones is more than enough. Also, you can reuse the bones, meaning, you can pour water over them again add the seasoning and your veggies of choice and make more bone broth with the same bones until they literally melt. Also, NEVER pour hot liquid into a plastic container. Cmon girl, you should know that by now! Plastic leaches into our food as it is. Happy eating and drinking! Bone broth is da best. ❤
