It’s so beautiful how you guys are able to express yourselves. That’s a two way effort in a relationship and it’s clear in this podcast Thanks for sharing, it’s an inspiration to me Good to be on this side of the internet (no drama 😂❤)

Cammie - are you fearful avoidant? I totally struggle with sitting in negativity. It's hard for me to let my partner feel their negative emotions without taking them on. Therapy has helped but still trying to unpack!

They have an epi on this. I think Cammies' results were avoidant/ secure.

I am always intrigued by how big of a deal birthdays are in other people's lives. I am turning 30, and I know if I don't check the date I probably wont even know.

Girl you need a new psychiatrist if they told you to cold turkey stop taking your meds and can get back on them whenever

When treating MDD, you should take your SSRIs in your luteal phase only (so ~2 weeks out of your menstrual cycle). If this does not work you can take it consecutively. -med student studying for psychiatry final ✨️

Why did you stop your meds?? That's not ok. Lol 😂 😂 You should wean off those meds before you get pregnant. Please be careful. You being stressed and depressed during pregnancy isn't good for the baby either. I hope you are feeling better. Im glad you are opening up. I'm sorry someone made you feel like you had to hide your feelings.

Uhh, the sentence "It's frustrating when your body is aging before you are" reminded me of a convo I had with my godmother, (who is now 60, and is still and always be one of my besties, especially now that I'm getting older and can have normal adultlike convos with her (I'm 21 wtf)) reminded me of a time she said that she is not sad about aging, she just aviods mirrors lol. She thinks it's all about trying to let go of some of the things that felt necessary before (like how others think about you and how you look and stuff) and start taking care of your inner self more and try keeping the younger, childlike part of you alive, so you don't sink into this thought of like "oh, I'm old" because that can be really draining. So yeah, I love that woman so much.
