Our blind pug has misappropriated our newborn's baby seat

Many of you probably already know that Baboo is old, and totally blind. Despite this, he manages to get into the garbage, the compost, and this time, our newborn's baby seat. Given the proximity of his butt to the pillow, we will have to wash this before putting the baby back into it! Lol

He is so precious and hilarious. What's also funny is that when you're talking while petting him I can hear you doing the teeth clenching thing. I always do that when I pet my puppers and don't even realize it half the time. I wonder why we do that?

Thomas Carney that’s too bad. It is amazing at how well they adapt and deal with their physical ailments. Baboo has since passed, but he never seemed to care that he was blind. Loved life to the end. ✌️

I just confirmed with our vet that our 8yo pug is now blind. I don't know how to accept it and kept blaming myself for not taking care of him well.

Kimmie, it’s sad, but not uncommon, for pugs to have vision problems. My rescued pug lost a lot of her sight by the last year of her life. If he seems like he’s happy, I’d say he has a good life. Clearly you love him very much!
