Don't think you guys dont quite get Elon and aspbergers. He is motivated by 1. need to know the truth.... 2. His immense love for humanity, to save lives to, to give humanity abundance, to have personal autonomy and freedom, prosperity......("a reason to wake up excited and happy for the future"). 3. to insure the continuity of the human race. He could care less about money other than the need of it to achieve those goals. You need to understand the difference of his perception of reality. 'you don't trust anything he says', probably didn't believe 500 k cars prediction, or model y being produced ahead of time... TAKE from someone who has Aspbergers and a son diagnosed with aspbergers. He is incapable of lying and not reach his goals. Tesla can ramp up a new model of car in 2 years to a million/year. Yet he cant 10x to 100x ramp up of bots that are less complex, with a 1/60th the mass? You are way short on bot prediction. Because of limitless tam and demand. probabilities about 60% that Elon is overyly conservative. China will also ramp bots at incredible pace. LUV u guys keep up the good work!

Musk has described a Tesla car as a robot being directed by AI. The main difference between a humanoid robot and a Tesla is the form factor and the fact that directing a car is a harder and riskier problem to solve. I am flabbergasted when I hear people discuss teleoperation. The bot has to keep its balance when walking and performing tasks. There is not a teleoperation rig capable of allowing a human to feel the balance of the bot. That means all the movement has very little to do with the human in the rig. Most people are ignorant of the limitations of teleoperation.

Jordan's comments on what Elon wants out of Trump were so uninformed I was shocked to see nods of agreement. Gutting emissions standards would not benefit Tesla for two important reasons: 1) Tesla would lose billions of value in pollution credits. 2) The biggest problem here is that there is no "EV market" that is distinct from the auto market because both ICE and EV perform exactly the same function, get people and things from A to B. Tesla's biggest competition are still ICE cars, not EVs. In America, 90% of the market is still ICE vehicles. Tesla sales would not grow any faster if legacy auto cuts their EV production in half (because they would replace those lost EV sales with ICE sales).

16:40 yeh because the markets saw the FSD open beta videos and Tesla doubled in value overnight. I think the hardest part of trading Tesla tech is timing when the masses will figure this stuff out, and so far they still have not figured out how useful or impactful FSD will be. If you think a video of Tesla bot doing stuff in factories will do it you will be mistaken, I think the things are literally going to need to be making income for them and showing up in Walmart isles for sale before Wall Street gives them any credit.
