Tip RE sliding balcony door in the kids bedroom… get some ‘wooden dowel’ cut to size from bunnings. It sits in the track & stops the door from being able to be slid open.

Its a beautiful space I'm very jealous but i do have to say that balcony door in Ollie's room is crazy wondering why you didn't make his room the master?

Why should they give up their master bedroom if they are going to put precautions in place to stop him opening the balcony door?

We have an alarm on the door. It’s locked. Ollie isn’t yet strong enough to open the door. We have his play kitchen blocking the inside. A massive bbq blocking the outside. No furniture outside for him to use to climb up and over. We have a baby monitor which is additionally alarmed with both sound and movement notifications.

Its a hot topic hey 🫥 but in my own opinion sleeping in another room is better then putting your kids at risk even with precaution's. I also have never lived with a balcony and kids so who's to say.

Congratulations! The apartment looks beautiful. The colours & fixtures are stunning and still seems very spacious❤ I believe the stone bench is likely quartz, we have similar and love it so much 😍 marble is very porous & not as durable as quartz 😊

I thought it was quartz too but it is definitely a type of marble, and we do have to be careful because it’s delicate
