Hey Tim, you and Tammy are different since you full time in your camper. But, for us, we’re frequent travelers and we had to make travel camper rules. For instance, if we can only go somewhere for two nights, we don’t travel more than 1-1/2 hours from home. If we have 3-5 days, we’ll travel up to three hours from home. If we travel more than four hours from home we need at least 6 or more days at a campsite.

state parks are usually 25-40 a night but have dump station instead of sewer hookup. nice hookups. great job on the water valve.
@jeffstone7261 Жыл бұрын
usually where you plug in they have a cble wire plug for coax cable that goes to plug outside your rv. then run from inside to your tv.

There is only 30.4 average days per month. So $60.00 times 30.4=$1,824 per month not $6,000 per month.

I was just about to post the same message. 60.00 dollars a month, is about 1800.00 per month. 😅 First I thought, did I miss something....Did I hear that right🤔🤣 Oh well..... Whoops!!!!

If you want to save on campground fees, concentrate on staying at state parks. With most, you can get water and electricity and a dump station (and sometimes a sewer connection). Depending where you are going, a National Parks Service Senior (at least 62 years old) Lifetime Pass costs $80. Depending on where you go, it will pay for itself in a short time. Also, even at some state parks, national forests, etc., you can get discounts as much as 50%. We stayed at a beautiful Corps of Engineers park near Hannibal,, Missouri and with the discount, it was only $30/night (Full Hookups). We also stayed at the Devil's Tower (WY) CG (no Hookups) for only $10/night with the discount. Something to think about.

Hey Tim you may want to put the pressure regulator on the water outlet and then hook the hose to it. If the water pressure is to high it will blow out the hose. I’ve had this happen to me before. I enjoy the videos. Be safe and enjoy your travels.

Finding out there is a whole community of like minded folks-- traveling in campers and RVs, enjoying retirement. A little Coleman 2 burner camping stove would be great for the picnic table. You love coffee? There is a guy named Luke who runs the Outdoor Gear Review channel, and fans always send him instant coffee to try out. Taster's Choice as you have shown in videos is wonderful, but there are others. Try Splenda in it, and real milk, instead of that creamer which is full of high fructose corn syrup. Try honey, too. I personally think the best real estate in America is East of the Mississippi River-- from New Orleans to New Albin. Lots of thick forests, mountains and rivers, green foliage.

Lauderdale, we did that every summer…camping /living in a good campground in Western NC. You will also make some good friends while doing that. O and just a slight correction for u…at $60/night….that would be $1,800 month not $6,000….lol. Enjoy yourselves there. Relax and tour around. Barbara.
