Our Cheap Boat Project Ep.1 Starting the Rebuild

Hey Everyone! I’m excited to introduce a project that I began several years ago, which started as a cheap boat to get my wife, my dog, and I, out on the water for cheap! Unfortunately the seemingly simple project took a turn for the worst, and turned into an unforeseen complete rebuild..
I’ll be taking this 1989 Regal Medallion 185 bowrider boat and rebuilding it to better than factory condition (that’s the plan anyway!). Follow along as I document the restoration progress, doing everything from wood work, fiberglass, engine and outdrive install, and an interior refresh. It’s a big project, but in the end it’ll be worth it!
