So glad you had a great Christmas and I know you love Disneyland. We had a great holiday also and so much fun together. We all went to Dallas to Melissa‘s house. She has the gift of hospitality and makes everything so nice. We like to go there because there’s so much for the boys to do outside. Rachel came after Christmas and help me take down the Christmas decorations. I always love the house decorated for Christmas but I’m always happy to get things back to normal. much love in Christ

Your 7 11 game looks so fun. Could you do a quick recap of how it works? I’d love to play it with my family.

It is so much fun. We’ve played it for years. It’s so easy. We just purchased small silly gifts this year. A lot of candy and I found a small trophy at Target that said “Best Gift Ever,” I believe. We then added money or a gift card to each gift and then placed them in their own bags. To start we go around the table rolling the dice until a 7 or 11 has been rolled. That person chooses a gift and the rolling continues until all gifts have been chosen. All the gifts are unwrapped at the same time. Then the rolling begins again. If you get a 7 or 11 you get to steal a gift from someone. We do set a timer because this round gets crazy. lol. Once the timer goes off the rolling stops and whoever is left with gifts gets to keep them…sometimes you’re left with nothing but everyone has had such a good time it’s never seemed to be an issue at all. We’ve also played this in a big group, asking everyone to bring $25 gift cards. That’s was so much fun too and again no headache for those that didn’t win, they went away with a smile too.
