Cali sucks on so many friggin levels! If and when I can get outta here, I’m soooo mother truckin gone! Sorry you are going thru this BS. My parents are in an hoa gated retirement community (golf course) their house is less than 10 yrs old and they just notified me about their roof leaking in this atmospheric river. Apparently the solar fkd up their roof tiles🙄 We shall see how this plays out
