I love his message. I forward these to my husband all the time and I’m sure he rolls his eyes every time 😂. He is NOT a Christian, but so much of this can be used despite that. After the affair, consider fasting and dedicating your bodies to the Lord before getting intimate again. A fast involves taking time off work too. Digging deep in our hearts to force us to obey the Biblical ideal. Force my emotions to love God's perspective. Force my soul to crave purity and righteous. Force the cravings of my body to shut up and do what the Bible says. This will expedite the healing process, especially if he sees her change in her heart. The "brightness of" her "countenance" would be visibly "changed," as the proverb words it.

Unfortunately I'm done with two relationships and they have to be divorces. I'm taking your teachings the heart as well as learning from others what went wrong in my relationships/ marriages. I have done a lot of research online end of the female psyche. What she needs how she thinks and what driver period in and out of the Bible. I'm learning a lot oh, how I was a jerk before period with God's help and yours I'm remaking myself.
