@@algrand52 it was also during PNoy that out of 114 NEDA approved projects, only 16 were completed, the rest under implemented or not implemented at all. It was during Duterte admin, infrastructures were fast track. Panglao International Aiport, no single was erected, only during Duterte it was fast-track and completed. Same with his promised completion of LRT to Cavite extension supposed to be in 2015 but so single post erected. Now it’s 80% complete. Same with MRT 7, only during Duterte you can visibly saw constructions along Commonwealth. Bicol International airport was constructed and finished during Duterte admin. New terminal at Clark international airport was constructed and finished during Duterte admin.
