Please next time stay a little bit longer and try different restaurants with the different prices out of the Main Street where all the tourists are, also check other people vlogs re. the restaurant’s in Split. To be honest with you I had a feeling that you are traveling on budget. Venice is the same, if you eat around St. Marco square food is an average and expensive and service is terrible.

The name of the country is Bosnia and Herzegovina. The northern part of the country is Bosnia and the southern part is Herzegovina. On the way from Dubrovnik to Split, you passed through Herzegovina and not Bosnia.

I have met bloggers who produced inferior videos to yours but had 50 times as many views. Be very careful with South & East EU microcountries in general. They are the stage of most intensive, ruthless "depopulation". People are dying from "natural causes" on industrial scale. A lot of tourist trap restaurants in Croatia, while not being cheap, are located on tourist top spots and offer plain fried or other easy and quick to make foods, ofc you have a lot of excellent food and cuisine in Croatia but yeah there are a lot of shitty places offering shitty food at tourist sites, more so in Dalmatia than in the rest of the country.
