Our family's favourite Chicken Normandy | 12" Electric Oil Core Skillet

Wanting to try a different recipe? Here's a quick and easy chicken recipe. It's very delicious and it's one of our family's favourite that is worth trying:-)
UTENSILS:
12" Electric Oil Core Skillet
Saladmaster Food Processor
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg drumstick
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 T paprika
1 medium onion cut cone #3
1 red capsicum sliced cone #4
1 packet fresh mushrooms sliced cone#4
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup chicken stock
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded Cheese cone #1
PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat EOC to 200C. EOC is ready when the light in the probe stops blinking.
2. Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
3. Sear the chicken and cook each side for 5 minutes. Remove.
4. Sauté onion, capsicum and mushrooms.
5. Add flour. Whisk and gently add milk, stock, dijon mustard, salt, pepper and lemon. Cover.
6. When valve clicks, add drumstick. Make sure it is coated with sauce.
Add cheese. Cover.
7. When valve clicks, reduce temp to 160C and cook for another 15 mins.
Serve with pasta or white rice.
