Following you from Nova Scotia Canada. Just want to say how incredibly sorry we are that so much smoke pollution has come your way. I’m 56 years old and have never witnessed such a dry year. I can’t believe I’ve never had to use salt on our driveway in the winter months of 2023. First in history because it was such a dry winter. I’m so glad to see rain on your fields and hope it continues. Praying your crops and KZbin channel flourish this summer! This is my favourite KZbin channel to watch. Love you all and so glad Grammy gets her garden planted.

Thank you for understanding how the smoke is worse for us here in Canada. A few weeks ago here in Alberta the smoke was so bad we could barely see down our street. Its finally cleared up quite a bit but now the fires in eastern Canada are out of control. It hasnt been a good year with fires 😢

Those Earthway push planter's are the best, been using the one I got handed down from my Grandpa from the late 80s, it's all original and just brings back memories of him everytime I get to use it, I'm in SE Ga and been also dealing with the drought, supposed to be getting rain coming tomorrow and I hope so, the sweet corn wasn't able to be irrigated after it got too tall, no drip lines were installed and the ears are about 60 percent made but drying up fast, hopefully the good Lord will send rain where we can harvest some of it! Sending Prayers for ya'll and God Bless!!!

Just a thought, I have a small farm here in Florida. We specifically grow packs of vegetables and flowers for July 4th celebrations. We donate to the local VFW post, and give flower packs to our Church for members. Not fundraising, ...gifts. We might invest $100. in the packs, but the joy they bring to our Veterans, and our Church members, especially the kids choir, and local nursing homes is priceless. Although it is excellent PR work in our community for our farm! Maybe you could add this possibility to your options for your greenhouse strays.

As someone who’s lived in Northern California for years. The smokes is terrible. If you have the 20x20 box fans you can use 20x20 Hvac filters electrical taped to them to help filter out some of the smell. Also, change out your regulator HVAC filters often.

I hope you guys and your animals didn't do too bad with the smoke. I live in Eastern Ontario, about 90 minutes from the nearest fire and we got hit with the smoke Monday morning. It was brutal! I have health problems, my son has asthma so we just stayed closed up in the house for a few days. My lungs and throat are still trying to recover from it. It seems that the worst of it is over now and hopefully it stays that way. I hope it's improved there too.
