I LOVE this podcast. It's literally been my comfort background noise since October lol, I've in depth watched every episode while I would build things at work. Only lil thing, I wish they were a tad longer. I get theres pre recording going on sometimes but a dream would to be pods that just go till an hour and a half/2 hours here and there. Feels like ya'll are always shocked it's over lol, as a viewer, same. Much love tho guys thanks for all the laughs on even the worst days!!

No eggshells in the disposal, no coffee grounds either. My parents had a plumber dig up their whole yard to fix years of egg shells and coffee grounds!

Matt is right about the sodium thing, the risk it poses is SO grossly overstated. Sure it can be a problem for some people, like literally anything can, but there's this massive stigma that's been totally blown out of proportion but it's SO oversaturated in conversation it's difficult to find the actual modern research saying it's not as bad as it's made out to be compared to being sedentary and stress and a high carb/low fiber diet.

as long as you’re drinking enough water to flush it out (which most people aren’t), its not terrible… sodium is in gatorade and liquidiv etc. the only problem i have is sodium levels in modern food places. there’s a “healthy” food place called DIG on the east coast and one entree is easily 2000+ mg sodium aka nearing one’s sodium limit for the entire day. and since i don’t drink enough water like most, i can feel the effects (bloating, cramping etc - If anyone has eaten a massive meal at chipotle and felt gross / lethargic the rest of the day, you know what i mean) but devils advocate - if you come home after a day of drinking and minimal food, eat a pinch of salt with your water and you’ll be better off then if you didn’t. so i mean salt can be good or bad 🤷‍♂️ but i wouldn’t go around consuming massive amounts of sodium daily by any means.

Can’t agree with the Casetify opinions I bought two cases from them to switch out styles and within less than a year both were coming apart at the edges. The same happened to my roommate. They are WAY too expensive for how quickly they deteriorate But ig you are right, my screen never cracked

At least here in Canada, cups like Mr Noodles chicken flavour only contain artificial chicken flavour. Some noodles cups though I have found have fish/shellfish by products of some sort in them depending on the flavour.

I can’t live without my Palmer’s Cocoa Butter stick. I also use their cocoa butter soap at the suggestion of my dermatologist because it doesn’t dry out your skin like regular soap.

i work in a flavors lab and we do actually have a rabbi come around once a month but only certain companies ask for it , so possibly chicken ramen is okay 🤷🏽‍♀️

I agree w casetify but unfortunately since the whole dbrand scandal, many turned away from them. One reason for why others don’t make the case like them is bc they patented their method so no one else can replicate it exactly

That was absolutely NOT the definition of MSG. It’s to make things more addicting for example, you can’t eat just one. You need the whole bag and to buy more. No hate, just the comparison to ozempic was the exact opposite of what MSG does. It tells your brain “yum keep eating”
