Omg I have never we driven a scooter can I rent a car there? Last thing I need is to fall off a scooter on my vacay 🤦🏻‍♀️. I really need to get out more often 😂😂

Haha! It was my first time on a scooter too! I was intimidated at first because I am super clumsy, but then ended up having a blast. I wouldn't dare try scootering in Raro but Aitutaki was low stress. We also had soo much fun on the golf carts. You definitely can rent a car but I would make sure to book it in advance! I think if our resort didn't offer the scooters & carts we would have rented a car so we could get around to the restaurants.

Is anyone even there 😂 how come in all these vacation videos not a soul is in the water? 😂😂😂 I’m traveling alone this should be very interesting also do you have to worry about getting bitten by crabs in the water since they are all over the sand? They must also be in the water too.

Oh you will have the most peaceful vacation going solo! You will love it. Make sure you book the Vaka Cruise, that was our favorite part of the entire trip! I think it was so empty because we went after peak season. But overall I think it's not as major of a tourist destination yet? Haha, we didn't have any issues with crabs. Mostly it was at night we saw them. I would recommend water shoes though for sure for going in the water. Lots of sea life in general
