Next week is no weights. That is actually hard on me..... 😁 Instead doing Yoga Flow and stretches for strength and body care. Then August is more focused on stretching and yoga still. With this pushing forward, it will continue. I will do weight workouts, but the focus will be on care.

@@scottieloree Ok 👍 Is that shift in your fitness regimen a way of allowing your body to fully recover? You have done quite a lot of highly intensive sessions of late.

I did this workout with you, and modified the bicep pushups on wall, and I added 20 more after 180 pushups, the 2 that I added are pushup with 🦗 and baby tiger press ups for triceps. ❤️‍🔥

P.S did you ever do the champagne press for chest and triceps? Also on my thick matt, I love to walk on my knees forward and backwards, and I also for another exercise walk on my butt on the matt.
