Asalamulakuim shanii and samira hope your well, just wanted to let you guys know that the white sauce dolmio one it’s not suitable for vegetarians it’s got gelatine in. It’s been a while since I was told about it and I phoned the company up to enquire because the red sauce says suitable for vegetarians but this one didn’t and I was told they put pig gelatine in but you guys can double check as I don’t know maybe they’ve changed it now. Take care

Thank you for loving our italian food 😊💗 Lasagna is one of the favourite food in Italy. To be honest the most important thing is the whitr cream and cheese, mozzarella...so the ready made white cream is completely different from "Besciamella" which is made with hot butter, white flour and milk. Then we use fresh mozzarella and crumble Parmesan cheese. In Uk is very difficult to find traditional italian products so...😅 i really appreciate the fact that you and Sameera tried this recipe, shabash👏 very good! Next time will be better!
