Places to eat at in Mumbai: *1. Elco Pani puri - (area - Bandra west in Mumbai)* - One of the best Pani puris in town. Very clean & hygienic. They use bottled mineral water to make these. So very safe to eat Pani Puris at this place. *2. Sardar Pav Bhaaji - (area - Tardeo in Mumbai)* - The best and the most buttery Paav Bhaaji on Planet Earth. *3. Bade Miyan - Late night place - is open till 3 am or so (area - near Taj hotel & the Gate way of India in Mumbai)* A late night place, patrons eat in their cars, but has a seating area as well. Famous for their wraps, Tikkas, Tandooris & barbecued stuff. *4. Leopold Cafe (area - Colaba causeway in Mumbai)* - Nice beer, barbecues, nice desserts. *5. Pancham Puriwala - (area - fort in Mumbai)* - 5 types of puris(bread), savory dishes & desserts. *6. Persian Darbar - (area - Bandra west in Mumbai)* Famous for their Raan Biryani. Btw, I visited Shamiana restaurant at Taj before and after the attacks. It lacks the old charm now.

The best place to have Pav bhaaji is at Sardar Paav Bhaji - which is located at Tardeo, Bombay central, in Mumbai. They have 2 varieties, the Normal Amul Butter Pav Bhaaji and the second one I think is the Black Pav bhaaji. Just check out the pavs(bread) they serve there. They are completely different and Real Authentic pavs. Those pavs are aunthentic Portugese pavs that the Portugese introduced in Goa & Mumbai. They are much softer, less dense, much more fluffy and go extremely well with Amul Butter. Also, the bhaaji is a typical Maharashtrian vegetable slurry preparation with typical Maharashtrian Garam Masala spices.

Hi Jessica It's lovely to see all of you in Bombay/ Mumbai. India Gate is the war memorial in Delhi, with the names of the fallen soldiers. Gateway of India was erected to commemorate King George V becoming the Emperor of India in 1911, but the Gateway of India was not finished until 1924. This was used as a ceremonial entrance for important government dignitaries. This was also used as a Gateway for the return of the British troops in 1948, soon after India received its independence on August 15 1947. It's easy to get them mixed up. Enjoying your travel and street food videos. I see Alfonso is trying spicier foods now. He will get used to it and want more as his taste buds get used to the hot food. Until then, you could ask for mild-spicy. 🙏❤️
