Our First Convertible Drive - 2015 BMW M4 F83 in Yas Marina Blue

Nic purchased his 2015 BMW M4 F83 a few weeks back, and one of the main things we were excited for was testing out the convertible top. Neither of us had ever driven a convertible - much less and M4 convertible, so we thought it would be fun to record our first reactions in the Yas Marina Blue BMW M4 F83 with the top down.

About this video: The used BMW M4 F83 in Yas Marina Blue has quickly become one of our favorite cars of all time. From the incredible acceleration to the shocking exhaust, the M4 has just about everything you could ever want in a daily driver sports car. However, the F83 variant of the BMW M4 F8x series has just that little extra bit of specialness to it - the convertible top.
Neither of us had ever had the experience of top-down driving, which is surprising considering how many cars we've owned over the years. So as soon as we had the 2015 BMW M4 F83 in Yas Marina Blue in our possession, we knew we had to give top-down driving a test.
So, we hopped in the BMW M4 F83 and put the top down. From there, we started cruising around some of our favorite roads around the area, and we got to experience the side of the M4 that we love the most - the top down exhaust noise.
With the BMW M4 convertible top raised, you can't really hear the exhaust all that well. However, the second you put the top down, the M4 turns into a completely different animal. The bangs and pops from the exhaust make the car a silly experience that always leaves a smile on your face. When the weather permits, we're now always driving the M4 with the top down. It is by far one of the most fun driving experiences we've had, and we're excited to continue using the BMW M4 F8x with the top down during our ownership.
