I've got to clarify, I'm an old dad with 3 college age kids. I'm a big fan of Graham (I'm a financial professional), and I've become a big fan of Savannah. To me, it's just so cool that young millennials can find a career doing KZbin videos, and oh, find themselves a partner in life (I predict marriage to come). I've seen Savannah grow as a KZbinr, and Graham, for all his quirky attributes, is killing it. Their move to LV makes all the sense in the world, as I've considered the tax break, being a Raider's season ticket holder, and that my wife and I are avid mountain bikers, owning property in LV makes more and more sense. Best of luck to both of you, and I'm convinced that life ahead is nothing but upside, unless there's a big change to the algorithm!
