It is so wonderful that once you experience a trip to Japan, you will not be able to go to any other country. I know many travelers who have traveled to other countries and returned to Japan lol.

In Japan, if you put your wallet in your hip pocket and walk with the mouth of your bag open, nothing happens. You go to the bathroom with your MacBook open at Starbucks and nothing happens. As soon as you drop your wallet in the crowd, someone picks it up and brings it to you. I was able to relax a lot because I don't have to be alert at all like other countries. However, if we get used to this and go back to our home country, you will be in big trouble.😅

Wanneer gaan jullie terug naar toe het nederland? Julle zijn heel lang tijd op deze reis, bijna alle de azië landen aan het bezoeken. Interesting video- I have never visited Tokyo, but the trains and more seem to have a New York vibe. Many of the subway/metro trains in New York are built by Japanese manufacturers, so maybe that. I suppose big, crowded cities get the same sense about them. It looks like you're having a nice time.

I am an American who is visiting Japan for up to the next 3 years. Just to let you know, it is possible to purchase from Amazon Japan. I opened an Amazon Japan account on a second Gmail address that was not associated with my Amazon US account. But be aware, you will need a bonafide physical address in Japan. Moreover, the Japanese address may be written in Romaji (basically English that sounds out the Japanese names).
@TakahashiTakami
@TakahashiTakami Жыл бұрын
You actually don’t need a Japanese address to open a Japanese Amazon account. I have one and I live in the U.S. Only thing is that you need to make sure the seller you are buying from, has international shipping available if you are buying from outside of Japan.
@mattsoca1
@mattsoca1 Жыл бұрын
@@TakahashiTakami That would be the case if mailing purchased items to the US, like for example, my home in Southern California. However, I believe Adi wanted the camera lens mailed to an address in Japan where he was visiting. Let me be more specific. Last week, I wanted some Amazon items sent to an address in Kyoto where I am staying. When I tried to purchase the items on Amazon US, because I was using an Amazon US "associated" email address, I was directed to use the Amazon Japan website when I entered the mailing address in Japan. This required the creation of a new account, so when I tried to "reuse" the email address associated with my Amazon US account on Amazon Japan, it kept pulling up the Amazon US website, and again, would not allow me to purchase the items when I entered the mailing address in Kyoto (This makes sense as Amazon apparently references the accounts by email address. Another reason behind the need to use Amazon Japan for items purchased and mailed to an address in Japan, appears to concern the issue of assessed Japanese sales tax.). So I entered a second "new" email address I don't often use, and "created" my Amazon Japan account, which of course worked with the mailing address in Kyoto. So I now have two Amazon accounts - one with Amazon US, and the other with Amazon Japan, just with different email addresses associated with each account. As a small benefit of the Amazon Japan account, I discovered that I receive 1% back as a reward on my purchase for later use (1 yen for every 100 yen spent).

I think my bank didn’t allow that huge transaction via a newly made Japanese Amazon account without even a phone number. Haha However, I got cheaper things form Amazon.jp However, it worked out in my favour because then I didn’t have to pay the Amazon commission to the warehouse guy who sold me the lens 😀

@@missplainjane3905 It appears you either misread or missed the first sentence where I indicated that I am in Japan for up to 3 years (using long-term visas since mid-February of this year). Having items delivered to Southern California - 5500 miles away - would'nt help me when I am in Kyoto.

Hello,🐦🐦🐦 🌷🌷🥀🥀May I share an Old Testament Verse with you from Daniel 7:14 "And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a Kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should SERVE Him; his dominion is an Everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom shall not pass away, and His Kingdom that which shall not be destroyed." Also, can I share Isaiah 53:5 " But HE was WOUNDED For our TRANSGRESSIONS, he was BRUISED for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His STRIPES we are HEALED." God the Father loves you so much that He sent Holy Sinless Jesus (His Holy Son) to earth to be born of a virgin.Then, to grow up and die on a cross for our sins. He was in the tomb for 3 days, then Father God raised Holy and Sinless Jesus Christ (Y'shua) to Life! He appeared to people and went back to Heaven. We must receive Sinless Jesus sincerely to be God's child(John 1:12).After we get saved by grace through faith in Christ, if we truly love the Lord Jesus Christ, then we will obey Jesus(John 14:15). Mark 1:15 "And saying, the time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: Repent ye, and believe the gospel." Jesus said in John 14:15 "If you love Me, keep My commandments. "There's a real hell. It says in Revelation 21:8 "But for the cowardly, & unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, & immoral persons sorcerers & idolaters & all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire & brimstone..." Please sincerely receive Holy Jesus and put your true faith and trust in Him today and please repent. Will you have a Real encounter with Holy Lord Jesus (Y'shua is His Hebrew Name) and stay in a Genuine relationship with Him daily please?
