Feel bad for Shorty being tied up. Does he ever get to go in the house? Love your channel.

He doesn’t go in the house but I let him run free a lot when I’m outside and can watch him

You are really going to enjoy this! The first one we had was a learning experience....we learned to keep the snow off of it! And not to seal it so bee's couldn't get in. The second has been great. Gives a huge jump start on the garden and the flowers. Finley has really grown over the winter! Shorty was taking it all in..lol. Hope you and the family have a great week ahead and God bless!

I think this is my move. I’ve been eyeing these greenhouses up for over a year now. I’m out here in western NC and it rains a shit load out here, and last two years my gardens have suffered from it and the mold/mildew and bugs that come with it, I think it’s time. Thanks for the video, good stuff here gunna use some ideas too

Awesome job!!! I really like that one. 2 years ago I built an 8x10 lean-to greenhouse from old windows and I love my greenhouse but now I wish I had built it bigger! You're going to love your greenhouse!!! It makes seed starting so much fun! And don't forget to put a few chairs out there so you can sit and relax!

Nice of you to give credit to the other YTber - Jim -- as you created your own vlog. -- You are a Scholar and a Gentleman!!! -- Hope the Instruction Manual was useful -- alot of the stuff from the East have failing grades on their interpretive manuals...in my opinion. Of course, you are in Your element of Building Stuff and that would not slow you any. We love your channel Sir.

Hey Jared.. good job.. if your gonna leave it up in the winter ya may wanna cover it with another plastic tarp to protect it from the harsh elements to help make it last n not get dried out with sun rot

Hey Jared I’m curious, how the greenhouse has held up? How early can you start seeds in there? What does it take to keep it warm enough? An update would be nice. Wish you the best.

Looks good Jared, hope it works out great for you folks, sure will add to your growing seasons around there. Those loose flaps on each window is for emergency ventilation to allow some of the heat build up to escape. Tie and anchor the covering down really good because the updraft will be bad on the hill . Stay safe and enjoy the greenhouse. Fred.

I'll be interested to see how this holds up to our high wind days that we have in Appalachia. The white cover cloth looks good and heavy duty though. I was surprised how heavy that looked at the $240 price point.

Great video, we’d like to invest in a little greenhouse eventually to start our seeds, right now they are usually on the kitchen table 😅 so will definitely look into this one, thanks!

I have to ask, Why do you keep your dog tied up when you live in that country?
@FlutyLickHomestead Жыл бұрын
He’s a squirrel hunting dog, he is bad to run way down holler and threw the hills and follow the car to the road. I let him run loose a lot while I’m outside. We’ve been trying to teach him to stay close to home so we can leave him out more

Greenhouses sure are nice. My grandpa built one for my grandma a few years back. I would like to get one like yours though. Also, I would have sent you an email about your Dodge pick up. But some things have changed and I am no longer in the market for one. Just thought I would let you know

For the money that looks like a great deal! I agree on cattle panel but now with biden inflation, they are spendy if you don't have enough on the property to pull it together. You made it look easy to put it together solo!
