Our FIRST RIDE on VELOCICOASTER!!! - Islands Of Adventure - (Full reaction POV)

While we were at Islands Of Adventure, we were able to get on the brand new, one-of-a-kind, Apex predator of a coaster VELOCICOASTER!!! This was our very first ride on Velocicoaster and we were absolutely pumped! The hype was building all day long and finally got our first rides in the early evening! I was fortunate enough to record our ride experience on Velocicoaster to share with you guys! I hope you enjoy our reaction to this wild ride....

I’ve ridden it many times so trust me. Yes the worker could have been nicer, but she’s just trying to do her job

So having to tell someone twice to sit back and stop pushing up is very frustrating as You can see him pushing up and she obviously can feel him pushing up. That ride is no joke to be trying to get extra room on. The kid just died down the road from universal sadly for not being safely secure.

She wasn’t the nicest communicator, but safety comes first to the park. Your enjoyment is second. It doesn’t look like she took away your excitement and overall it looked like a great visit!

When he scooted back in his seat the saftey bar did end up going down further than where it was before. And she even tried pushing it first in his original position. So she wasn't in the wrong imo

I'm sure they probably later admitted this or something but either way this was super cool to watch from an authentic rider's perspective!!

Mmmmm try again.......and I wasn't doing that either and my lap bar is higher then his She was very rude and in no way were we trying to be unsafe! We weren't trying to "get room" and she accused him of trying to stand up on the coaster.....please explain to me again why we were being unsafe!

@@devinpowell1276 ummmm you don't watch my channel often I can tell.....we don't try to get insane room and on almost every POV I say if I get stapled or not! As an Enthusiast I have the highest amounts of respect and appreciation for the ride ops that make my day better by NOT pushing down on my restraint which in most cases is very unnecessary. As for my brother, he had his restraint at the same level as mine.....she didn't say he was push up....she said he was standing up.....don't look at his feet look at his elbows and lower back. He's not doing anything wrong!

Yea….the room is clearly there. It wasn’t a lot of room. But the room is there. And per SOP, the Velocicoaster Ops have to make sure the restraint is lowered as low as it can be. And it’s obvious he wasn’t sitting all the way back, thus the restraint wasn’t all the way down. Fight all you want, but there’s literally video evidence 😂

Alright, it always doesn’t hurt to ask for a little bit of room, but you’re probably gonna make the attendants angry if they catch you trying to cheat the restraint. For the sake of operations, just do what they say

Yeah, haters gonna hate but VC is my #1 (out of 255 credits). It's not the fastest, longest, tallest, or most intense. It doesn't have the most inversions, most airtime, or most hangtime. However, it just combines EVERYTHING together that you want in a modern coaster in such an amazing balance all so well--along with the restraints, the smoothness, the theming, the park setting, the operations, the ride platform, the ride queue design, etc. It all comes together to make THE most well-rounded roller coaster experience in the world.

Yet again airtime has seemed to get the best of coaster thoosies. Safety is literally THE NUMBER 1 PRIORITY. Velocicoaster is not a JOKE. You literally pass by rocks and you just above water. Imagine if the restraint just opened while you were on that top hat. Your DEAD. Not to mention their is no seat belts attached to the seats so their is not back up of the system fails. You can clearly see the guy trying to get room. All the ride op is trying to do is to make sure he is fully secured in his seat. Sure their was a bit of attitude but shes just doing her job.

The ride op was doing her job and cares about your safety…. How rude. He was pushing up. You can say all you want that he wasn’t but we know. She had to be more firm because he didn’t cooperate.

No......she accused him of trying to standing up on the coaster! While you can see room he was cooperating the entire time.....also you can see my restraint is at the same level as his or maybe even higher! This shows that she blew things out of proportion and we are just 2 kids sooooo fucking excited to get on a brand new coaster that is supposed to be one of the greatest in the world! The only reason why I responded to you is because she was in the wrong and I'll stick up for my brother........going to parks and riding coasters with him for about 10 years and having just under 1k different experiences with him I can say without hesitation he doesn't use the "push up" method He was doing that before she was checking his restraint to be goofy as we do that on most of the coasters we get on 😂 We wernt being unsafe and that ride op kinda hates her job and many people have told me that......we wernt being rude and she was the one in the wrong! Don't come at us for being unsafe as we understand and influence safe riding......why would you risk ur life to get a half inch more air time.......he's not stupid!

I remember the first time that I went on that it was during like the soft opening before the official opening did you write this for the sake opening or the official opening? I got stuck on Harry Potter and the forbidden journey on the non constantly moving sad cuz my mom couldn't make it on start moving side in time for to like for us to leave the station safely so then we tried it again and it work and we got like for fast passes and went up to velocicoaster and try to try and use them and the person said oh don't work on this and then he said is it just you three and then my dad said no you just don't you referring to me and my brother and he that is on the ride you know it didn't have to and left a front unattended and brought us through it showed us through the area where the train at Zip's pie and how it flashes red before it does zips pie and then I don't know why voice to text as pie when I say bye and then and then I had to wait in a 10 minute line most watching the screen and then we were sent on the ride I don't remember where where I stopped but I remember I remember being on the ride after the first half seeing the second launch thinking it was a break from it and I'm like so if it what is speeding up that was when I wasn't coaster enthusiast sorry if it's like this thing I'm using voice-to-text because I hate the mobile keyboard and if for some reason. I remember getting off speechless

This ride is insane, and while you may want airtime, use your brain to look at both of your sides. The ride ops may have been a bit mean about it but you shouldn't have been pushing up anyways. lets just get one thing straight, he was enjoying the ride and how it went more than 70 mph. The ride operator was clearly being really mean, and it seemed like she didnt remember that she was working for DISNEY. His brother was enjoying the ride as much as him, and was clearly cooperating with the ride operator. That ride operator was clearly being very obnoxious. Michael was enjoying the ride, and having a lot of fun with the ride and liked all of the things. And at the end even gave the ride a review. What you are doing and saying is not true, yet I see where you are coming from. and a YEAR later, nobody even cares. Also, why would you post 5 months after the video? I see no point in giving your opinion right now, based on the facts I just explained.
