HAPPY BIRTHDAY, VELOCICOASTER!!!!!!
Today is the 2nd birthday of Velocicoaster at Islands Of Adventure! Around its first birthday, I got to experience this coaster for the first time EVER! A bit later on in the day and after many rides I decided that it was time to give this apex predator of a coaster a shot in the front row! It was just about to be prime sunset time and this was when I recorded this front-row POV for you guys. I hope you all enjoyed this video along with our reaction to the front row on Velocicoaster.

The best roller coaster I have ever ridden. Ejector airtime, laterals, incredible top hat, mind blowing inversions, world-class theming-Velocicoaster really has it all, and it’s all topped off with some phenomenal operations and very comfortable restraints. I love this thing

What I love most about this coaster is it doesn't do the slow clacking where you slowly ascend in elevation and get sun burnt and have to wait for the ride to be fun and instead it's biggest drop is handled by you accelerating to the very top, which is just just as fun as coming down.

Been there, done that at 72, just 2 week's ago with 5 Adult kids and 13 Grandbabies, I agree "Insane", "What was that?" It was tuff on these old bones but worth a 'life time' of memories. It’s so much fun watching people like you enjoy the ride. Not annoying at all, it just hypes everyone up and makes the experience 10x better! And Rob just tries to be annoying. He shouts random shit like ‘Oh crap!’ Or ‘LOOPDY LOOP’ and just screams because he thinks he’s funny. And you should see his pov of mystic timbers where he just screams like a baby in ‘the shed’ and ruins it for everyone, then gets defensive in the comments when people criticise him

The thing that tops off this amazing coaster is the atmosphere as well. Being in an immersive world where everything is so well themed alongside the experience of being in a rapture enclosure with tons of near misses, animatronics etc., relentless pacing. So good honestly, you don’t get ride experiences like that anywhere else

His reaction of “what just happened?!?!” Was my exact reaction when I got off it for my first ever time on it…still to this day I don’t even know what happened and I have been on many rides and this was by far the most intense one and scariest thing of my life. I would totally go back and ride it again

Rode this the FIRST time yesterday front row left hand side, single rider! I actually felt my gut punch on that first launch. As someone who thought this ride was gonna be kiddy and overrated I was FLAT wrong. Same thing for Hagrids.....looks teenie bopper but really isn't..... the ride paces, and the launches are just everything. I think this ride tops X2, Tatsu, and Wonder Woman at Magic Mountain. I always thought those rides were the most intense and fun but VC actually took the throne. Im shocked and happy. 44 year old here.

I've ridden coasters all over the country (USA), and this is the best by far. All the elements flow into one another flawlessly, and your ass barely hits the seat. It's comfortable, though. I'm tellin ya, for all thier problems, Intamin did a FANTASTIC job with this beast.

VelociCoaster is incredible! Hands down my favorite coaster! I went to Cedar Point in Ohio for the first time a few weeks ago and the coasters there are great, too! Steel Vengeance in my opinion has a similar intensity to VelociCoaster, but the seatbelts are uncomfortable. I wish it had the seatbelts that VelociCoaster has!
