We are having a Legacy Lightsaber GIVEAWAY for our First trip back to Downtown Disney! We finally visited the Galaxy's Edge Star Wars Trading Post in Downtown Disneyland after 6 months of being away from the park. Welcome aboard Flight Crew to a full day of hanging out with your captains Ash and Bryan, as we all celebrate being back in our favorite happy place together! See and feel what it is really like to be in Downtown Disneyland currently, while social distancing is in place. We looked at all of the legacy lightsabers, and other Galaxy's Edge merchandise brought in from Batuu, and finally picked up our first set of Kyber Crystals. (Will we get a black Kyber Crystal?) Explore and ship the World of Disney store for fun nostalgic merchandise. Take a break to get some snacks at Marceline's Confectionery, before we all get brunch together at LA Brea Bakery.

I can confirm that yes, that is how it works with the black kyber crystals. I don't know what the exact odds are anymore, but every red kyber crystal container has the chance to contain a black crystal instead.

Like my wife and I, you guys just needed to get that little “Disney Fix” to set you straight. I’m glad for you guys. We’re still waiting for ours. As I watched you dancing in the empty plaza area it reminded me of a trip with family to Disney World a few years back when my daughter was about 5 years old. It was Christmas time. We had the very last dining reservation of the day at Cinderella’s Royal Table inside Cinderella’s Castle. By the time we finished eating (we were the last people still eating) the park was long since closed and we were the only people there except for a few security and custodial folks. We had all of Main Street USA to ourselves with all of the pretty lights and park Christmas music still playing. My daughter and I could hardly resist so we danced together all the way down the street as we exited the park. Just my baby girl and her daddy. A couple of the security guards applauded us when we finished. My wife was wise enough to grab the video camera and she filmed the whole impromptu thing. She never liked filming anything. I still pull that tape (now a DVD) out at Christmas time and play it for the family. My wife still cries when she sees it. I do to. We took the family to WDW Christmas 2018 and my now grown daughter did the same thing with my then 4 year old grandson. Her and her little one dancing down an empty Main St. USA. Now we play that video at Christmas time too. Great video guys. Thanks for sharing.

@@AlwaysBelieve I went this past Sat with my friend who is used to work with when I worked at Disney. I was in DCA Hollywood Attractions. So being away from Disney for 7 months have been really hard. Disney had been my life consistantly every month for the last decade, 5 years a CM and the last 5 an AP. So being away for 7 months just felt wrong. Sat just made me feel like such a kid again. Best weekend in a long long time.

Aww, thank you for showing us around, how I miss that place and want to go back. I'm with you Ash, I have very bad anxiety and other problems, issues as well. Just got back from 4 days in Disney Orlando and it was great , everything open all parks ,thank God we have a great Gov who does not close things down and create fear . Just hearing the music, the fountains, the wind and just _the ambiance_ is making me tear up while also releasing dopamine. Working full time at Grocery Pickup can be _alot_ but also I know it helps out everyone in the community, especially now, but... man it'd be nice to just go to someplace like Downtown Disney and just... _sit, watch, listen, and _*_breathe._* I've only been to Disney World 3 times (4 but I was a baby the first time and didn't remember) but the past two times have been so up my alley in what I love! The theatricality and the importance put on wholesomeness and _magic_ just sing to me (clear my skin, water my fields, feed my cows, etc). This is actually really refreshing to just see you guys decompress and relax. It feels honest and not trying to play up any hype, you know? Thanks guys. I was seriously debating about pulling a _Treat Yo Self™_ and getting a lightsaber, just for myself fo no other reason that to wave it around and feel awesome, but you know... *grocery store associate income.* I should probably save that money for something else, you know. What would you say is the best cost:benefit lightsaber option/company? I hear stuff about saberforge all ultra saber the time. Something that's cost-effective but also *_Coooool_* and _Worth It™_ you know? I don't have anyone to dual with so it'll probably be me posing and swinging it around like a madwoman. [ I would seriously _love_ to win this lightsaber though, lol. but if not, aw well, it just wasn't meant to be. maybe save my money for a different one, or maybe Armorer helmet or something.]
