You're on point with everything. Also, Black tax/expectations from friends and family; you have plans and 'those guys' also have their plans with you in it. And they are most of the time not bothered about your own plans. They just jump on you and expect that you deliver be it financial, social or even concerning your personal life decisions. Work pressure and working conditions also makes many in this generation sad. Many young people don't like their Jobs, they just do/endure it because of "condition" which adds to their sadness and depression.

Hi, it's been a while since i came in here. The situation this generation find themselves may be a global one as you said but i think it's more for Nigerians. I don't think the rate of depression is as bad as what we have here. Whenever we think the poor economic situation has reached it's rock bottom, it just gets worse.

Fair points, and because today's the Sunday when "Joy" is the main topic, I'd go out on a limb to say that "hopelessness from Godlessness" is a contributing factor to our generations issues. This Godlessness I reference here, is a core attribute of the "woke mind virus" that has emboldened even the paedophiles to make a case for inclusion (sickening video)...💀 PS: Godliness and Religiousness are different attitudes😅
