Our first time on the road with an RV. Travel with us in the RV as we head to our first destination in New York.
After spending some time on the road, learning our RV, we finally made it to camp and were nervous about setting up for the night, anticipating RVing hook up to be difficult. Yet we settled in, ready for the first stop.

I've gone cross county twice, and never had a problem stopping at a rest stop or truck stop. just don't park next to a cattle truck. hehehe

Aww, you two are so cute! I had to laugh when I heard you say "I thought you could put stuff on the counter, but...!" LOL Think maybe you should have used all those storage areas you showed us in the first video! One of the many great tips I got from some seasoned RVers was to try your best to get to your campsite during the light of day to make parking and getting hooked up easier.

YEAHHH! IDK what I was thinking I felt in a bigger vehicle it would have less swaying and feel more "livable, steady" but I should have known physic better, haha and I used almost all the storage space >.> And totally agree, light is everyone's friend in any camping situation.

We just got back from our first RV rental trip - we had the largest model because that's all we could get. It was HUGE for 2 people! We want to rent the compact that you guys have for next time. We RV'ed for 2 weeks; had a GREAT time. Learned a lot - and yes, NO loose objects while driving - we learned that the first day, too! : )
