My heart breaks to see this on top of all that has occurred the past few weeks, I am so sorry and here for whatever you may need. You done amazing through the years. I saw your workout video and you're doing really good at the upper body strengths. I have had a stroke paralyzed my right side I wear an AFO like you but my doctor made sure that I continued to work on my legs it's most important. My right arm is useless we won't go into that. Lol but continue your workouts but also you work out your legs as much as you can. Keep God in your heart and your family.

It's a tens unit implanted into your back that send signals to your pain. I had one for 3 years but if the leads move it stops working. Mine worked for 3 years and couldn't cover all the pain areas so they removed it. It works in some cases but I don't know if it would work for

I have spinal stenosis I have my L5 and S1 four screws four pins to rods due to two brakes titanium cage Fusion and synthetic disc. I started using a peptide bpc-157 by the grace of God nothing else was helping me which they're trying to take off the market. The neuropathy I get in my leg there's nowhere near his but, it has helped tremendously. The first time since breaking my back 2× same spot the breaks. I can actually walk up to a a mile now with my service dog, and I'm working my legs out for the first time since my injury. The peptide bpc-157 it's your gastric juice mimicked. So sorry to watch the pain that you go through I have sciatic flare-ups sometimes and there's nothing you can do, but this has basically stopped it by the grace of God. Sometimes we miss how the little things have such power, your little one is oblivious to the power to comfort dad. Even your dog wants to help they can sense what you are going through. About a month ago l pulled a muscle or something in my groin it was so painful then about two days l fell trying to get out of my chair l landed right on that side well l ended up with the most horrendous spasms that l couldn't control,.like you can't get away from after about a week l ended up in the hospital. It was well over a month trying with PT, taking everything l could to finely tolerating the residual hang oners. I have been watching you and you family, you are so blessed. I've been seeing you going through such pain, l think l understand a bit what you go through. I had gotten to the place that l was going to die, you know l was going to this choking pain what pulled me back was the pain, lf l could just go but the pain wasn't stopping and l had to wait just so l could just go BUT THE PAIN was keeping me here. I know you have gone through this too. I lost my daughter to suicide 3 years a go now and l called my sister and told her l wasn't going to make it, she kept interrupting me she was doing this to break me away from the state l was in.

Dan you inspired me to follow through my own similar harsh and painful leg vicegrip and its unspeakable pain situation as i am talking now after 3yrs of this to my new doctor and its not been easy but as she didn't put me on t3 as i was for 12yrs..and 4 yrs b4 that i was in pure spine pain.but dr. Didnt want to help it took another dr. In his office to notice what inwas experiencing spasms.. now with other dr. got baclofen and gabapentin which has helped alot but with the spasms i was experiencing at nighttime only and very exhausting Now past 4yrs.. these other spazz that Dan gets to his legs is what im now experiencing .... so im in the process of seeing if that what i have but first we are eliminating first So scheduled for a dorsal lumbar spine xray... Not sure what she's looking for as i mentioned you and your situation with this conditon. Thank you its not an easy moments going through it but the nature and people are an influence to keep going thank you for your outstanding proudness you show as a human ..
