The house looks great wish I could buy it as foreigner. I’m hoping to take a trip out there in 2024 and see if it’s a fit for me to retire early . It’s great to see your spirts are high . It’s nice your out and about . Your great attitude will get you back on your feet quickly. I understand going through tough times I suffered a TBI in a work accident 8 years ago I’m still battling somethings . I’ve over came a lot most people thought I was done for . Nice work. I like the builtin closets, ceiling, and finish work. Lots of kitchen cabinets. Most Filipino houses have very little for kitchen cabinets, and of course the pool to stay cool.

I love your design in the bathroom breaking up all the wall space with different color tile rather than just one solid color, that's pretty boring that's an incredible touch to just to give more character.
