I have a salt water lap pool in Florida. Some times the water is way to warm 91 degrees Fahrenheit. This time of year in the 70s way better

Glad to see you are still improving and walking. Yes, I agree a swimming pool is almost a necessity. The advantages of being able to cool off in the heat and exercise in it are very advantageous. Especially, if you have a medical condition, you can use it for doing low impact therapy exercises in the water.

So glad to see your improvement as you have so many pulling for you as i had a bad accident where my heel got crushed so learning to walk again has not only been physically challenging but nobody talks about the mental and emotional aspects. It also shows how much inner strength you have as you quickly find out who your friends are and who supports and encourages you in your journey towards your new normal.
