I'm really sorry for the experience u had in FRRO....any government office in India is the same...no one wants to help they just wanna get it done...and that also in a slow pace that u have to wait for hours..I am an Indian and I have experienced that multiple times...

Got tears in my eye when I Cadie was watching out of window when flight took off. I remember when I was child & when I got to boarding school, I give a emotional good bye & cry a lot inside but I don’t show at all coz I don’t Esha yo hurt my parents. I felt as if this all is going on with me as being an indian i know how she was felling like her every single moment was like .. i know what she is thinking all she wants is love and now as she was going on flight it felt like i was going I remembered the time when i went to norway when i was same as her age . You are very lucky not to have had attitude from allot of other people other than the FRRO .There are so many videos out there on attitudes and it is due to people not liking children being adopted outside of India especially if they see the child upset they make their feelings known allot of times and several months ago I saw a video of an American couple actually understand the language enough to be able to tell the guy not to speak to them the way he was and not to be saying whatever it was to the child which was upsetting an already upset child.You are truly blessed that your trip there was mostly good trip with such a happy child.The Marriot in India seems like it has a fantastic group of people.For them to bring her gifts it such a loving gesture and huge hearts.
