If you decude to try again, the clinic understands how your individual body works now and can tailor meds and things to you better I imagine. I see loads of people take multiple attempts before it works. Whilst don't lose hope, it is still okay to feel sad. The whole process has been their whole lives for a few months now .Why did you even need to be pedantic and ask. A colleague of mine had the ICSI treatment to conceive as she was told she wouldn’t be able to conceive naturally, had a baby as a result, then went on to conceive 2 more children naturally so anything is possible. Youre not a let down you have no control over this. Take some time to process everything and then when you're ready try again. Nothing is guaranteed either way and all we can ever do is keep striving towards our goals. The harder the journey the stronger it makes you. Don't give up on your dream 1st go didn't work that doesn't mean it won't you know that, the experts know and that's why they do more then 1 cycle. Right now you're mentally shot to pieces and your body is full of hormones. Step away from it all until your stronger then start your journey again. This is just a rest stop not an end xxx
