If your bunk brackets aren’t high enough, check what size they are. Usually they come in 8,10 or 12” heights. You can easily make some type of aluminum winch post for the front. Also something that makes the craft very easy to slide on the bunks is the plastic glides. You can buy them. I made mine from some leftover starboard (cutting board stuff) from when I use to be in the marine electronics field.

Too large of a chance of getting clogged with debris and overheating the engine. The larger outlet size, or multiple outlets, is the way to go. Ideally two. One fitted a couple inches above the one in the bottom of the bilge. Being at different levels means they don't run at the same time when a small bit of water gets in but if you catch a wave or otherwise fill it up they will both turn on. That's how It's normally done in boats anyway.

one thing you can do to ensure you are somewhat buoyant in a capsize event (especially with such a heavy motor) is to put air-filled tubes along the inside of the hull, out of the way behind the panels. it doesn't take much air to offset weight so you could even have a CO2 tank that can fill a balloon in an emergency, having something like that might grant some ease of mind.

Hey guys... another suggestion for this build based off of prior experience... Whenever we used solid mounts... no matter steel to steel but especially in regard to steel to aluminum... No matter if its solid mounts or simple bracketry. The best way to dampen metal to metal contact esp. contact where there is material vibration, in the west indies solid mountpoints were dampened using old car tires. Like your engine, battery and fuel cell should be cushions using old car tires as gaskets for mounting points in addition to oversized steel washers whereas, steel bolts and washers are making contact with aluminum nylon/rubber gaskets should also be used to ensure there is no wear due to vibration. And I'm quite sure you will do the best job possible on your project the jet nozzle i would have used a urethane sheet along with the sealant like the one used to seal the housing to the boat. I am not speaking form a standpoint as if I have prior knowledge but merely from one of perspective... It's a wonderful build bro... more than glad to see it... Be well beloved boosted boyz... Hey Kyle you should really consider a segregated coolant system as the salt water is going to destroy the inside of your motor building up salt sediment and can message with your coolant components. There are systems that create a closed loop for the motor and has the salt water on another loop to create a convection system. Best example of this is B is for Build show a similar system on his boat.

Hes gonna have other things to worry about like coast guard boarding this damn thing because they do it to all boats eventually. If the fuel pump isn't a marine grade, an fuel cell isn't along with fuel lines and a long list of other things they look at he gonna have problems. They like to confiscate people's shit too. Hell if they deem the engine is too big for the vessel length they will confiscate it. If he did want to run a closes loop cooling system all he has to do and get a setup off a seadoo and he could do it.
