Oh goodness. This made me cry. Esther's face when she hugged her mommy, all the feels. And the things her mama said to her while hugging her and saying goodbye--you are such a good mama!!!! It's SO DIFFICULT to let the kids go off and make their mark in the world. My kids are young, and I know the nights are long and the years are short... I'm already anticipating the struggle letting them go out into the world. But I'm trying to prepare them now and it's so surreal, teaching young people to be self-sufficient and inherently strong with God as their foundation knowing that I won't always be able to be there to help them. Thank you for a beautiful example of what we're working towards. God bless you, Esther!! We're all cheering for you!

16:55 is a really special thing to say. When I saw that crowd my first thought was “oh my god, I’d be so scared being around that many people!” But I love how his perspective was immediately “you’re not alone in this”. The crowd becomes a comfort not a source of anxiety.

I work for the UTA city bus and I have the chance to see missionaries every morning whenever they are on the way to the airport to go on the mission city… I hope to see Esther so I can cheer her up like I do every time I see the missionaries on they’re way!!! I’m so happy for Her!!🎉❤❤❤

I can't get over how fast time has flown by. First we cried when Elijah left... again when Daniel left, and now again when Esther left. How can it be that it seems like it was just yesterday that you had moved into your little house, full of noisy chitter chatter from sun up to sun down with everyone having their own interests, to now where the family is shrinking. I stopped being a subscriber recently due to some things discussed in one of your podcasts but wanted to see this video for Esther! I got so emotional realizing how much she has grown. She’s such a kind, caring and compassionate young lady and it reflects in how much her siblings love her and will miss her. It broke my heart seeing jude and pearl so upset, it will definitley be so different for them without Esther in the house, she truly is like a second mother to her siblings. I loved seeing Daniel again too! he’s grown so much and seems so confident . I’m so glad he was there to say goodbye to esther. I cry at every one of these videos but I'm glad it's getting a bit easier. My 20 year old son just got married a few weeks ago and that's more final, our family will never be the same, all living under one roof, ever again. And of course we haven't seen him since the wedding and that's been hard too, not even for Canadian Thanksgiving last week.
