I feel like you guys should make more of an attempt to get guests on when they have released a "big" or an eventful video. For example, having Josh as a guest and discussing about this Sidemen Sunday in his POV. Or maybe Ethan talking about his vlogging experience and his plans. Another suggestion is to have guests (within the UK realm and outside) that do niche content like cooking or science content and have discussions or do an activity. That could probably be part of What's Good Loaded/separate videos.

This is what I rate about Simon…he’s so much grounded then other influencers…realizes the work he does isn’t “hard” and is okay with acknowledging that. He admits sometimes he can feel drained. Also Randy talks as if 9-5 workers just “switch off”, if an employee or employer makes a realitive amount of money they don’t switch off. You can’t make high 6 figures and then compare your self to an entry level position worker, have to compare yourself to a position of equal earning potential. Don’t blame Randy as he’s been an influencer or in the influencer scene his whole life.

Tbh, this weird thinking, that people with normal jobs switch off after the job is not how it is for many people? I work in Software Developement and I have it often, that I think about a problem that I have in the Code, or at any other point of the place. Sure we have a safe income that comes monthly. But we do not clock out and switch off as much as it is often mentioned by youtubers.

This is something I completely disagree with. The nonsensical randomness and scatterbrained-like nature of it all is what makes me watch this over most other podcasts. The majority of podcasts that have guests feel like interviews, and I honestly do not want to hear an interview, I want to hear a conversation, even when they have a guest on. Real conversations are filled with random tangents that have no meaning and awkward silences. Maybe if they want to really broaden their audience, it is a good idea, but I do not watch for what the guests have to say, I watch to hear their nonsense.

This is what I hate about new sidemen fans is that a lot of comments were saying see the boys don’t like Vik Harry said whatever team he’s on is the bad one they clearly don’t want to be with him. But as Simon said there’s context to it because they figured out he’d be on the bad team with how over the top TP and Josh were being. All the new fans just deep things too much.

I think for the most part the podcast is great, as long as you talk about what has interested you, it is entertaining. I think the only suggestion would be to involve the audience more, you see a lot of podcasts do confessions or just QnAs, so maybe try to find your own spin on that other than the whats good section? Just a suggestion.

Suggestion: keep your sets simple as they're never good. If they're simple, they're easier to customise using lighting and imagery. Same with Sidemen sets - they're often very busy and too static.

1 - totally encourage the merch. Just please, even if its off the wall random stuff from the usual, don't let the merch be shite quality 2 - it would be cool to have a cam for everyone, and you could activate their cam in some instances to see the reaction of people behind the main cams 3 - aim to have some diverse topics, like 1 for medical, 1 for tech, 1 for youtube space like new laws that might make an impact/new trend/etc, unusual product found on the internet - and they are epic or unusual topics, like a newly discovered species, flying car transportation, etc. Whoever submits the topic would provide a link or item in person if its something you own for showing to yourselves or guests and pop it up for the viewers to see just before the discussion, or something like that. Dont make it a hard rule to hit all the topics, just refer to them. I enjoy the podcast and hearing about what yall experienced, but adding in some content to get your thoughts or reactions to certain topics outside the youtube space would be good too, but the majority of your chat is focused around youtube itself and ik its because that's what yall are in, but the diverse topics outside the space can help branch that a bit if yall wanted to add something diff to the content. Usually you would inject this kinda content by having other guests, but if you don't have a guest outside the youtube space or who's specialty is outside your usual space, then you can try to inject it yourself with discussion topics 4 - unrelated to podcast, this sidemen sunday was frickin awesome. The water dancers were awkward though, they were cool, but it felt more awkward than anything lol

Honestly you guys pretty much mentioned most of the construction criticism. This podcast for me main attraction is the laid back and chill vibes while you guys chat. I will say sometimes the topics it feels like there’s no interest or you don’t have too much knowledge on it so it feels out of place from the podcast. Also more guests would be great like once a month. This podcast episode was great because it was chill, you guys talked about stuff that you guys were actually interested in. Also I 100% agree with Simon about needing a switch up from the splitting teams, we need to see a video where all the boys are together so hopefully the 3 peak challenge is done soon.

The vibe you have with the pod is very good, you just chat shit and it's mostly interesting because you guys have interesting opinions and takes on situations. You don't need to change all that much. From 20:50 popped to my mind an idea for next sidemen sundays, have they ever thought of making sequel or trilogy type of content? For example, from that last shot of Winter holiday that they would travel to a new destination with the same teams or then switch it up. Make some sort of cliffhanger towards the end and have trailers to hype the next weeks video or something like that. (I'm not sure if I was clear with my thought but someone might spark an idea from this one hopefully 🤞)

One thing I would like to see is episodes that have more of a central theme around it. Of course guest episodes returning will be good but on solo episodes I'd like to see an episode where you prepare a topic beforehand. For example top 10 favourite albums of all time and explain your reasoning and why you love those albums, top 10 movies etc stuff like that. Not only top 10s, you could have an interesting conversation topic that both of you enjoy and do some kind of preparation for beforehand. The episodes wouldn't only be that, you could start out like usual and catch up on recent stuff, but move onto that as the centre piece of the episode to bring more interest to solo episodes.

I think yall should take a look at variety shows like the Korean show Running Man. They do alot of challenges/races/experiences like the Sidemen as they also have a group of people. As someone who has just gone full-time as a content creator, the bits they mention from 1:04:00 onwards are pretty important for anyone considering it - Don't leave your current job and jump straight into KZbin full-time because you've just joined the creator program and you think now you're going to make millions - Like Randy said, you need like 500k views + a month (from normal videos, not shorts) to make around $1k - $1500. Also, one video may bang, and your others may not so you always need to be improving, therefore taking more time with prep, editing and concepts etc. Get a business model down, keep at it and almost treat it like a secondary income/job until you're matching or bettering your original job and then you can maybe think about doing it full-time :)

Video idea - each of the sidemen are individually put in a white room (similar to Mr Beast) with the challenge to outlast the others. Every 2 hours or so each takes turns to set the other a task and the best performance gets a reward (nice food, luxury item etc) and then you can get special guests to set challenges and mess with the sidemen as well
