Our Last Winter Truck Camping Adventure... | One Final Ride

Winter is quickly coming to an end in Alaska, and although the weather wasn't the best, we knew we had to make the most of it! In this video, we went on what will probably be our last winter truck camping trip of the year. The snow has been melting at a rapid pace, so we took this opportunity to break out the snowmachine one last time. We boondocked right beside the famous Iditarod trail, and spent the day snowmachining along the trail and enjoying the last of the beautiful winter scenery. Afterwards, we set up camp and enjoyed a cozy campfire to finish our night. Emily IS RIGHT!!! Lightly brown toasted not burnt and charcoal!! Yuck!🤢 you need Hershey chocolate bars and marshmallows and graham crackers to make a real s’more OR you can make BANANA BOATS!!! Have you ever had a banana boat at a camp fire? You don’t peel the banana you just slit down the Center of the banana and then stuff it with marshmallow and chocolate and then wrap the entire banana in foil and then put it in the hot coals for the banana to heat up and the marshmallow and the chocolate to get all melty. Then open it up and eat it with a fork or spoon sooo yummy!!! ❤️🥰🙏🏻🍁🇨🇦

Cheese jalapeno dip made by Echo Lake Meats in Kenai is yum! Eat it with tortilla chips, sliced crisp juicy apple, grapes, celery sticks. Or add smoked salmon, yum! The original from Echo Lakes is the best!

If your making smores and not using EL Fudge graham's or fudge strips your not doing it right. Cheap marshmallows suck and no offense Easter chocolate is the worst. Real Jet Puffs are the bomb.

The s’mores argument is a bit daft really, it’s your s’mores, eat it your way, all I’ll say is try it with Galaxy chocolate and one reason your marshmallow won’t flame is the ingredients that have replaced sugar in many countries won’t burn, try finding a recipe so that you can make it yourself.
